How add cookies used by plugins

    Hi,

    We use plugins from Zoho, CleanTalk and so, where they doesn′t have a code to add manually to the site to load in header and so, their plugin do all.

    In these cases, how can we let to the users configure them or block them?

    Hi @ocioblue ,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    This question would be better to ask Zoho, CleanTalk etc. as it’s their plugins that drop cookies to your site.

    You can ask them if they have any query that our plugin can call to let those apps know that they can drop cookies once users accepted them.

    Alternatively, you might want to uninstall those plugins from your site and manually insert their embedded codes to our GDPR plugin to ensure that the scripts get activated only when user agrees to cookies.
