How about import / export Astra Starter sites?

Hello. What if I installed one of Astra Elementor-based free “starter websites” from https://wpastra.com/ready-websites/?type=free&page-builder=elementor and further customized it. How to move the customized Starter theme with all Elementor and Customizer settings into another existing site? Is THIS plugin all that’s needed?
