How about a link to a category post list?

This is a great plugin!
I would love to see an extension to it in the form of an alternative category list widget. Specifically, I’d like to have a widget that works just like the regular category list widget except that clicking on a category name would take you to a page formatted as a “List Category Posts” page rather than to the standard category archive page.
I realize I could accomplish this myself by creating a page for each category that contains nothing but the List Category Posts shortcode, and then using a menu widget to show links to all of those pages, but that’s a lot of tedious work and will not update automatically when a category is added or deleted.
Alternatively, could you provide some sample PHP code that could be plugged into the category archive template of a WordPress theme to display the archive in the “List Category Posts” form?
