    Synopsis:
I have properly installed wordpress 2.7 locally & just finished creating a custom theme that will integrate the blog within an existing website (https://www.letsdabble.com). Worked all the kinks out locally and as I prepared to ftp the locally hosted files to my server, I made a big mistake…

    Problem:
Under SETTINGS I changed both the blog’s HOME URL & HOSTED IF DIFFERENT URL from “localhost” to “https://www.letsdabble.com/blog.” As a result, I can no longer gain access to my Admin Settings via https://localhost/wp-login.php because when I attempt to login in, it reports “Error establishing a database connection” so I can’t undo it in that manner. Additionally, the wordpress blog hosted locally no longer works. Entering “https://localhost” loads the blog’s homepage correctly but clicking on any links, posts, categories, etc no longer work and return “not found” because they are now pointing to the wrong place.

    Solution Needed:
As I can no longer gain access to the SETTINGS panel via https://localhost/wp-login.php, I am assuming that I will need to manually change the settings via SQL. Where can I find and change the settings for my blog’s HOME URL & HOST IF DIFFERENT URL using phpMYAdmin?BTW, I am guessing that this is the correct why to fix the issue. If it’s not, please specify alternate route for undoing my mess, PLEASE! ??

    Additional MAC Specs:
    – Running MAC OSX 10.5.6
    – MAMP to manage the website locally
    – Apache Server
    – MySQL
