• Hey all!
    I have a normal woocommerce site using oceanWP as the theme.
    suddenly my woocommerce cart dropdown is not working.
    hovering over the cart only indicates that there should be a dropdown but no items are in the dropdown. even though I do have items in the cart.

    For troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let me know the results:

    0. Enable the primary theme(if you are using a child theme).
    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugin.
    2. Deactivate all plugins.
    3. Then, first, activate the Ocean Extra plugin.
    4. Check your issue.
    5. Then, activate your plugins one by one (especially Elementor plugin(s) and elementor addons).
    6. After activation of any plugins, check your issue

    Note 1: You can try troubleshooting on the staging website/or on a fresh installation.

    Note 2: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools.

    Please note that if you encounter any conflicts with your plugins, please ensure that all of them are updated to their latest versions. If the issue persists, you may reach out to the third-party plugin for further assistance.

    I’ve deactivated all the plugins, then activated them one by one.
    After activating them all the problem what fixed.
    BUT- when the cart was edited (item was removed or added) the issue returned.

    Do you have any idea what might be the problem?

    I can see you are using Elementor Pro plugin. This is the cause of the issue you’ve raised on this topic, and you need to contact your third-party plugin author.
    Or perhaps they’ve released a new version and fixed that issue.
