Hover theme brakes with two-line product names

The hover effect theme is really nice and useful, however, if the product name overflows onto a second line, the “Add to cart” button is half-visible or not at all, as it renders out of the view of the related products box.
(These are book titles that I cannot modify)
I suggest introducing a setting to fix that, basically, to either cut the title or render the hover overlay higher to fit both lines.
