    Will you please kindly deactivate the plugin “Plugins: Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster” and let us know to investigate further? The mentioned plugin conflicts with 10Web Booster and may create issues for the website.

    Thank you for your reply. That plugin is in testing mode and I had activated it 1 day ago only but this issue was from the day one after installing 10web booster.

    Already updated to the latest version and cleared server cache, but still facing the same issue. Please let me know the solutions for this if it can solved or not ?

    The website has a 500 status code. Please, check the screenshot.

    10Web Booster is in Test Mode and does not affect the website for now. As after clearing the website cache the issue is not solved, it is not connected to cache and should be from your server.

    Will you please kindly ask your hosting provider to solve the issue so that we can troubleshoot further?

    When we are making changes on your website to solve the mentioned issue, the website gets fully broken.

    The cause is the error mentioned above. Thus we will only be able to solve the initial issue after the website loads with 200 status code.

    Thank you for solving the issue of menu and social media icon. But now one more issue arises.

    Now we are not able to index our website homepage which is being optimized by 10web plugin in google search console.

    But when we are using the 10web plugin in testing mode it is working fine.

    Kindly look into it as it is effecting our search engine optimizing results.

    Is there any update on the issue as your team is also working on google search console errors and currently, we are putting the 10web plugin in testing mode, but your team is enabling it as a result our website getting search console error and removed from google.

    Please let me know how much time it will take to resolve the issue, I will be thankful to you.
