Currently, we don’t offer this feature, however, this is achievable even in the free version. You would just need to add the necessary HTML tags or even just class to the ILJ link template here: https://prnt.sc/vRtdaBSuGaRw . The simple approach is just to add a title attr, but it has limited style.

This would be entirely custom because you would need to add your own CSS, javascript, HTML, and even PHP to achieve your desired results. The intro text would be possible from our {{excerpt}} tag, but the image if it is a dynamic image, currently we don’t have any option to output that directly.
