Sorry to hear about these issues! I’m wondering if you could share two pieces of information with us:

1. Your site’s System Information. Here’s an article that shows how to share that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

2. The CSV file you were importing when the above issues arose – you can upload that CSV to https://cloudup.com or https://ge.tt and share links to the uploaded files to do this.

With this information we can try to replicate your issue and go from there; thus far I cannot recreate this problem and we don’t have other reports of behavior similar to this.

Thank you for providing the system information as well as the CSV file.

However, the CSV file download was blocked by my web protection and perceived as a threat based on the location it is sitting at currently.

Could you please repost your CSV in a threat-free place such as Google Drive or Dropbox ?
