Hover Image in wrong position

In footer of my page you will see I have added a social media navigation menu widget.
I have used your plugin to turn the default text menu into one that uses icons.

The rollover effect should be a slightly larger image in exactly the same central spot, but it is placed to the right side.. Do you know how I can resolve this?
