Hover drop down menus not working in Administration panel

    Hello world!
    While I work on the Admnistration panel I realized that the menus on the left (articles, media etc.) are not working properly, that means that when I go on them with the mouse the drop down menus do not appear anymore.

    There are also other issues, probably connected with this: when I choose, for example, to select all the plugins, it does not work. I have to select them one by one.

    Any ideas how to solve this?
