Hover color doesn’t change

Dear Developers,

I seem to have a silly problem with the hover color of the buttons. I changed it in the admin panel but it the default green color still appears. I don’t think there is anything to mess up by changing the codes and hitting the save button. Can you please help me to figure out whats wrong?

I use the free version of the Alchem theme with the least possible number of plugins. Thanks!
