Hover color and Paid version drag and drop

Hello,
I just upgraded to the paid version of this theme. However I am not sure where I can access the drag and drop ability to design the website. I was using Elementor with the lite version and it worked quite well. However when I changed to the new theme, everything was lost and I had to revert back to the free theme in order to maintain the design. Ideally I’d like to redesign everything again using the paid theme and the drag and drop design tool, so that I don’t have to worry about a third party plugin (Elementor).

Also, I really really need to change the hover color on the side menu bar. I don’t mean just hovering over the link and the text changes color. I want the whole thing to light up (its blue in the lite version and red in the paid). I’d also like to change the whole background color of the same menu. I know this is rather simple but I am very new to this have no knowledge of CSS (I am assuming I need to use this since I can’t find the option to do it through customization options, in neither the lite or paid version)
