    When a customer places an order and selects Amazon Pay as the payment method, the following error message appears when submitting the order.

    – House number is a required field.
    – Delivery : House number is a required field.

    Everything else works. There is the Amazon pay button in the shopping cart. At checkout, the integration of Amazon Pay is loaded and you can select your address and account…. only when sending then comes this error message.

    thank you very much for your answer.

    We always use the latest versions. We have also disabled all plugins except for WooCommerce and Amazon Pay. This did not bring any improvement.

    We use the EU region.

    is there any test site were I can check?

    on my testing site is not happening the issue. I remember that the issue is something related with address that is stored on Amazon Account.

    I have a practically identical problem.

    Basically your plugin copies the address in the woocommerce field “billing_address_1”. The problem in my case is that I have also enabled the “billing_address_2” field which is set as obligatory.
    In this case the error comes out because your plugin only sends the address to the “billing_address_1” field while in the “billing_address_2” field it does not send anything. Consequently, the error appears that the “billing_address_2” field is empty and does not cause the payment to proceed.
    Could you kindly fix the problem and maybe even make sure that the “empty” fields on AmazonPay are filled in? Maybe you can add a simple text to send to that field that says “unset” so at least the process goes on.

    The Plugin gets the info from the Amazon Pay API, so if on blilling_address_2 is not filled on the Amazon Pay account of the buyer, the plugin will still not get the info.

    You can unhide the billing_address_2 so the buyer can fill it.
