Hourly leaves is not working

I have followed the instruction setup the location of the company, number of working hours per day. For the leave policy, I have checked it is for the correct location, when an employee requested leaves for hours only, it works but the employee applied only hours leaves in a another date, it does not work, it became a full day. I really like this tools except this, is there a way you can help to solve this? Thanks
