Hourly Email Sending Limit setting not working

  • Looking at the other unresolved issues on this support forum and how long they’ve been there, I’m hoping that my question will be resolved promptly, as I need this resolved urgently and I don’t want to have to find an alternative plug-in.

    I have a list of over 5000, which I want to send out within 21 hours. So I’ve set the Hourly Email Sending Limit to 250. Three hours in later and it’s still only sent 250. What’s happening? Am I misunderstanding what this setting is for?

    Hi Jae

    If you configure “250” for this setting it means that, the plugin will send maximum of 250 emails an hour.

    We would suggest to check the following

    >Have you ensured that the cron job is running properly?
    >Please check with your host whether support 250 emails per hour

    I had the same problem, it would just do the initial batch and never continue.
