Hourly API count limit exceeded,only 0 api calls left

I have problem with the plugin. It says “Hourly API count limit exceeded,only 0 api calls left” I have 10 api calls for hour and it’s been about 4 hours. In “Manage Authorizations” it says “Unable to connect. Please check your curl and firewall settings” and when i try “Reauthorize” it says “The requested URL was not found on this server.” What is happening?
