Hour registration

  • Hello guys!

    I’m with the local firedepartment and I manage our website.
    I wanted to do something on the site for the crew:

    I want to be able to place an ‘event’. For example:
    13 aug Car on fire

    This event I want to give a time. For example: from 1am to 2am
    Than I want my colleagues to be able to check a box or something with “I was there”

    The point to this is, I would like for people to see what work they have done and how many hours it took.

    I hope I explained it well ??
    Does anyone know something like this?

    Is there anyone out there who would like to write something like that?
