Hotspot is not able to edit or Add

    I am not sure what happen, today it seems not able to edit the hotspot at all. Even add or delete a hotspot.

    Could you first make sure you’re using the latest release of Draw Attention? (1.9.5)

    After updating, if that didn’t help, could you try following this troubleshooting guide: https://wpdrawattention.com/document/disabling-3rd-party-scripts/

    Hi Natalie,

    Thanks for your advise and steps. I have followed but no error is found. So, i delete the other plugins one by one to test. Rank Math is the one having the conflict with drawattention hotspot add, edit or delete.

    Any idea how to get it right as rank math is important in our project.

    Hi Natalie and all,

    Rank Math has release a new revision today, i updated it and draw attention’s hotspot is working well with it. Thanks, this issue should be resolved.

    Me and the developers took a look at this ticket yesterday and were able to recreate that issue you were seeing. Glad to hear that the RankMath update was able to make things work again on your site!

    We’re still planning to update our own plugin to help avoid this type of issue in the future. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!
