hotpoint problem on bigtitle section

Hi
i have a problem about hotpoint on bigtitle section on my site.
It works on explorer but it doesn’t work on the ather browsers.
The problem is when you click on the buttons it doesn’t take you to the section you want to go.
please help me about this problem.
