hotmail smtp it work for one email and it doesn’t for another one

Good morning, i’m using the plugin with hotmail.it
The problem is that it works with this email: [email protected] but it doesn’t work with this email: [email protected]
So with the last one it say to me:

SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

Why? the emails are both hotmail.it
