Hotmail registration failure

get your users to check their junk folders, chances are that it’s being routed to spam because it’s a random one off mail.

Thanks @theotherlebowski but actually they are NOT recieving the email, not even in the Junk Mail! That’s what bothers me most..
If you have any other suggestion, I’m all ears (eyes), thanks! ??
