Hotmail not sending mail/orders

I was wondering if you could help me with getting customer mails /orders delivered to my hotmail, I do not seem to get them, yet have set everything up correctly, I have used a few different plugins with a variety of smtp settings, any recommendations would be gratefully received, currently using WPDevart plugin at the moment
