Hotmail not receiving, rejected

    In any way I cannot receive emails to Hotmail address, the emails are sent but are rejected from the mailbox. No customers are receving hotmail,live or outlook. Please help.

    Hi @geronimo93,

    which mailer are you using in our plugin settings? Which From Email are you using in our plugin settings? Is the “Force From Email” checkbox enabled?

    If you send a Test Email in our plugin settings, do you get any errors/warnings about SPF/DKIM protocols?

    Hotmail is usually very strict when it comes to emails sent from an unverified domain. It might be that you’ll have to add the SPF/DKIM DNS records for your domain, to resolve that issue.
