Hotlinking with Contextual Related Posts

    Hi,

    first … your plugin is perfetly working and is extremely helpful since I can also add pages and not only posts.

    We now have some issues with hotlinking. I now tried to enter a code to avoid hotlinking which also works perfectly with my other pages which I made an exception for.

    Unfortunately, if I follow the typical code instructions (like https://www.redirect301.de/bilder-hotlinking-verhindern/ ) also your thumbnails under every page were replaced.

    Have you ever faced this issue before and what page do I have to take into the list of exceptions?

    I’ve looked at the code and it looks typical. All images including the plugin would get excluded but it should only happen for other sites but not your own. I’m not sure it’s possible to exclude just the plugin as it just pulls the images that are in your posts and so get automatically covered.

    Have you made sure that all the whitelisted domains are included in the .htaccess code?
