    Hi,

    I’ve noticed an error message image appearing in my Printful store instead of the design for the product…it appears on my WordPress store too…

    Printful say it’s a PHP issue and that I need to reach out to WooCommerce about it:

    ‘The error occurs when the PHP code in WordPress takes too long to run and reaches the maximum time limit set by your hosting provider (WooCommerce).?‘

    Any idea how to resolve the problem?

    The error you’re encountering is due to a PHP execution time limit, which is a server setting. It’s not directly related to WooCommerce, but rather your hosting provider.

    You can try increasing the PHP time limit yourself if you have access to your server settings. This is typically done in the php.ini file by changing the max_execution_time value to a higher number.

    However, if you’re not comfortable making these changes, I’d recommend contacting your hosting provider. They should be able to assist you in increasing the PHP time limit to resolve the issue.

    I sent the hosting provider (HostPapa) your response and they kindly resolved the problem for me.
