So its like the recent posts, but instead of displaying the recent posts, it displays the topic with the most comments on

I didnt link to anything about recent posts. if you cant be bothered to follow a few links, chances are no-one can help you.

Did you follow Whoo’s link? There’re a few options there. Two clicks would have brought you to this plugin which claims:

Retrieves a list of the posts with the most comments.

What is it that you’re looking for if that’s not it?

Yes, I added that plugin, but it shows a list of the posts which have been replied to the latest and the authot who posted instead of a list of the posts with the most comments

Are you sure you’ve tested the right plugin?

I’ve just tested the ‘Most Commented’ plugin, and I can confirm that it does show the most commented posts.

It lists the name of the post or page, and then the number of comments.
e.g.

Top most post (15)
