Hot to change Blog Name

  • How do you change the wordpress Blog Name?

    Note this is different to the blog title and serving URL.

  • Where are you seeing “Blog Name”? All I ever change is the blog title and serving URL.

    Under ‘Dashboard > My Blogs ‘

    When changing from ‘name_a’ to ‘name_b’ the previous name remains on the dashboard.

    Anyone know how to change this?

    Problem solved.

    The ‘Blog Name’ field does update, it just takes ~1 hour for the changes to replace on blogB.wordpress.com
