How to add group name in welcome email

Is there a way to include the group name in the welcome email subject line and/or message with a keyword? For example, a welcome message might look like this:

Thanks for Subscribing to ###GROUP###

This is especially needed with the Advanced Form. When the user subscribes to multiple groups the welcome messages (one for each group) are all the same so it looks like spam.
