• Resolved SpareArea

Not sure why, but Hot Spot Popups just completely stopped working on the front end of my site. I can still see them in the WordPress admin when I am editing a Hotspot and they seem to be working fine there, Just not on the front end of the site. They were working when i first installed the plugin as well. Also, the icons appear in the 360 view, just no hover popup effects are working. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Lol no worries. When I originally posted the issue I was using the free version, but no worries, it turned out to be mostly my bad anyway. I meant to reply about it, but got busy working on the site and it totally slipped my mind.

So it seems the Tour Preview in admin area handles popup content slightly differently then the actual Tour on front end. In the admin area, if the On Hover Content field is empty, the hotspot will show the Hotspot ID in a pop up on hover, but on the front end the popup won’t appear at all on hover. Looks like that’s the case on both the free and the pro versions. Once I figured that out I was good to go.

Anyway we liked the plugin so we ended up getting the pro version which gave us so many more options to work with. Thanks.
