Hosting WP blog elsewhere, still appear in WP searches?

  • If i have my WP blog hosted with another hosting company will my blog still be listed in the WP directory? Will I still be ranked for top posts and top blog? And will I still be found by keywords on WP?

  • What do you mean WP directory? Do you mean WordPress.com? If you have your own individual blog hosted somewhere else, then no, you blog will not be listed and not be ranked for top posts or top blogs and neither will keywords.
