hosting theme files on CDN when the site & wordpress addresses are different

the site address is different from the wordpress address
my site is https://www.sitename.com & wordpress is https://wp.sitename.comwhen i enable this option (hosting theme files on CDN) all theme files are missing and the src looks like this:
“https://cdn.sitename.com/https://wp.sitename.com/wp-content/themes/…”
where do i alter the URL rewrite for the theme files to correct the issue?
