Hosting my own internet radio site

I have just got my WP site up and running and I am getting really stressed with trying to figure out how to get my own internet radio site up. I don’t wish to buy other peoples’ music or stream it off of other sites or radio stations. I have my own music and my own podcasts and I have many other unsigned local bands and musicians that will want me to play their songs and interviews on my site. I have no idea where to start or what I need to even begin this process. Someone please help me ??
