Hosting for 8 international sites

Is it a good idea to set up 8 international websites on 1 siteground hosting? The hosting server I have selected will be in London so would performance be affected negatively for a website in another country, for example, the USA. I am looking to set up CDN’s so I’m hoping this absorbs some of the negative performance.

If this is not a good idea, what options are available to me? I would prefer not to set up 8 different hosting accounts for 8 websites because this would be expensive and unproductive.
