• I have a WordPress blog that is currently being hosted by GoDaddy, and I am contemplating changing over to Bluehost. In the process, I will also move my company site over to WordPress/Bluehost (the current host, not GoDaddy, does not support php, etc.) from my current FrontPage HTML garbage.

Any comments? Is Bluehost faster? How hard is the switch? I figure I will pay a whopping $2 more per month at Bluehost.

For what it’s worth, my company site is CondoAnalysis It needs a lot of love!

    Thanks all,

  • Personally I wouldn’t suggest BlueHost for any reason, I had nothing but problems there so it’s not worth it. I have a couple of accounts at HostGator, and they are at least better then BlueHost and far better then GoDaddy, though I have had some support issues with them. My wife and I run a web hosting company as well, but it’s more of a place for us to host web sites we build, though you can certainly use our servers if you want (Five Buck Host).
