Hosting

Hi, I need some advise. I am using godaddy for my site and I am also using several plugins. Recently it has been so slow, sometimes it doesn’t even load and it hangs. I am also getting reports that my site is down every day and this can be for up to 45 minutes. I have spoken to godaddy and they say its the plugins. It was working perfectly for several months and then recently this all changed. I have disabled all the plugins that are not needed with the theme. I am still having downtime and its still running very slow. I have not installed the cashing plugin to speed up my site due to godaddy black listing plugins and it seems this is one of them. Any suggestions out there, I need a hosting company that will allow plugins and have a 100% up time. I don’t mind paying a little extra to get it. I also need a service to take my site from godaddy to the new host as I don’t have the time to learn how to do that as well. It would also help if they had telephone support. I have done a little research, but I would like to get recommendations from the horses mouth as they say. Thanks I appreciate your time to read this and perhaps help me out here.
