  • Thanks for pursuing that; since I’m not one of their customers I was never very successful in my attempts to resolve the problem. Did they give any indication of what the underlying issue was?

    This is the reply i got from their rep:

    “After looking into you request, I was able to whitelist a security rule that the plugin on your site was hitting on our server. Now your plugin is no longer displaying 403 errors and it is loading through the browser. However, I was able to notice a bandwidth error message which appears to be directly related with Google Docs.”

    He could also see the google docs error message on his system. ??

    i am also facing same problem, can you please tell me which rule you whitelisted.

    So this might help me.
