    I have install and put in mail server, SMTP and port but I received email in my junk.
    Could it be host Im using hostgator?

  • Hi @yongmichael,

    Your mailbox provider might be filtering the emails by analyzing the email content and sending emails to the spam folder. You might need to consider switching to Gmail/Mailgun/Sendgrid mailers, they’re also more secure and tend to not encounter issues like this.
