  • Hello @rainmatch

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.

It is possible that the spam protection policy on your mail server is quite strict, as this does not happen with other popular services. Report emails contain file names and paths if they are suspected of containing malware.

If you have email notifications for spam requests enabled, the notifications will include information about spam requests from your site.

You can check with your hosting provider to understand why the email was blocked and not placed in the spam folder. This way, you might lose other important emails that won’t even end up in the spam folder.

To resolve this issue, please add our email address to your trusted list. Alternatively, you can use a different email address.

Additionally, the renewal notification is displayed in the admin panel of your site 30 days before the expiration date. There are also links for renewal there.

For further assistance, you can open a ticket here: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open or contact us via email at [email protected].

We appreciate your feedback and are committed to making improvements. We hope this resolves your issue and that you will reconsider your rating.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
