Host says I need to disable auto syncing with Jetpack

    Hello,

    My host restricted my account due to “excessive usage” and says that auto syncing must be disabled for Jetpack.

    I cannot find any instructions on how to do this. The chatbot (which seems to be AI?) told me three different locations where the instructions were supposed to be, none of which were correct.

    Can someone kindly guide me to the right place?

    I have disabled Dedicated Sync for your site. This will reduce your site’s sync performance but could help with the issue you’re having with at the moment.
