Host can’t bypass the error

    Same error as most but I’m not sure what I need to do for the plugin to work. I paid for a licence.

    Thank you for your message.

    The error message says it all – I don’t know what else I can tell you. Please contact your hosting support and ask them. And only then come back to me.

    What you sent in the screenshot shows that you have activated some image optimization features, but I don’t know which and where. If you are using an image optimization plugin, there is no point in activating the image optimization feature on the hosting.

    I have already talked to my hosting please see the image attached which states this isn’t something they can bypass for security reasons.

    I do not see any information about security reasons on any screenshot. Please show me where it is written?
