Hi, I’m getting this message when building “database only”.

-Duparchive is set, mysqldump is found…

I have other websites in the same hosting without any problem.

Other plugins and wordpress are updated. Cache clean.

What else can I check? (I have the log)

Cory why a ticket? this is the support of Duplicator free version.

I mean is weird, because it’s happening on one of several similar websites (same hosting, same plugins)

    Hey @soylaostia,

If you would like to share any of your log files, a ticket is a more secure way to do that, if you prefer to keep the conversation here we can do that as well. Just be very cautious of what you post in relation to your log data online because some of it contains sensitive information about your environment that you probably don’t want to share with the rest of the world.

    Thanks~

I’ve found a difference, this site with the problem has:

    MySQL
    Version 10.6.7
    Comments mariadb.org binary distribution
    Charset utf8
    Wait Timeout 600
    Max Allowed Packets 134217728
    msyqldump Path mysqldump`

If the size of the database is really large then its possible the database build routine doesn’t have time to finish. If that is the case there are a few options in the FAQ above for working with larger databases.
