Host Build Interrupt
-
I use Duplicator on several sites, but on 1 site I get this interrupt error at the end of making an archive.
The .zip (88MB).slq(5.7MB) &.php(440K) files are already in the /wp-snapshots folder but for some reason the archive is not finished as it should and it appears in the list as an error with size 0B.The error shows in red:
Serverstatus: 200 -OK
WordPress databasefout: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ’15’, Revision ‘bff2cd9′”;s:10:”‘ at line 1]
…and also this:
Build Folder: /data/sites/web/sitename-xyz/www/wp-snapshots/tmp
Some servers close connections quickly; yet the build can continue to run in the background. To validate if a build is still running; open the ‘tmp’ folder above and see if the archive file is growing in size. If it is not then your server has strict timeout constraints. The seperate Packet log file looks OK to me, if I compare it with a working example.
The scan before the start of the package show a warning about PHP Open Base Dir is ON, but also on other sites I see this.
Any idea’s?
