Good idea – frustrating to use.

The good – I think this is a strong plugin with lots of functionality. I like the “buy what you need” aspects of the paid parts.

However, sometimes it just DOES NOT WORK. Every time there is a new release of this plugin it breaks something that was previously working. Like “surprise! your custom tag label is gone!”

I have never been able to get the custom CSS to work using the plugin’s input box. No biggie – I just wrote my own theme. But EVERY TIME there is an upgrade, I have to re-upload my theme. Stuff like that is maddening.

I know it’s a one man shop and I know that is hard. But it’s frustrating to feel like there is no support. I am invested in this plugin, my client is invested in this plugin. I think some support help – even from volunteers – would help this plugin immensely.
