    Thank you for your feedback. Our live chat is only for pre-sale questions. All the product support questions are handled by our support ticketing system. Regarding getting reply after 24 hours: It’s a holiday season and most of our support staffs (yes they are human) are on holidays and so you may got response after 24 hours.

    Please let me know your questions; I would love to answer those on a priority basis. As a customer-centric company, we try to serve our users as much as possible.

    Hi Shah. Finally, someone gets back on negative feedback only. I lost my login details. How can I contact the support without being able to log in? I just have my invoice number and the purchase code.
