Horrible support and problematic theme

The theme has many problems and there is no support. It’s not possible to submit a support ticket on their website. When I used their contact form the answer I got was ‘switch themes’!!! All I asked about was a function of the widgets that had been working the previous day but wasn’t working any longer. And they want me to switch themes! So I have. Not only are the previous reviews fake but be sure to check the price if you want to buy from them. They illegally charge Canadian sales tax to anyone anywhere in the world! There are plenty of better themes for Real Estate. Hope everyone stays away from this horrible company and theme.

Regarding the theme issues which you mentioned you can send them here also in our support platform and we will back to you as soon as possible. We have checked our support system and there is not any limitation for adding new tickets.
The supporting team suggested you switch the theme in order to ensure the issue is the theme or it is something else. Sometimes a conflict by a plugin causes these cases.
Regarding the charging tax, it is not a topic that we can discuss here as it is not related to WordPress supporting system and community. You can open a ticket and we will send you the reasons behind that.
