• My review got deleted (censored) so I’m writing it again. (which absolutely shouldn’t happen)

    I purchased this plugin only to discover something that was described as part of the premium core plugin, in reality, it wasn’t and I was invited by support to purchase the addon.

    Also, their support is useless, instead of helping me, they simply sent me links to their documentation, which I already read several times before even contacting them.

    Oh and I forgot, they couldn’t manage to add their features into a single plugin, so if you want all features you need to actually install 5-6 plugins!

    We are always happy to help our users, either in the forums (here on www.remarpro.com) or on our Premium support site. We offer several add-ons because many add-on features are not required by most users, like management of mobile apps, multiple organizations, multiple locations, and JSON-LD, to name just a few – about 50% of our users choose to activate only the Core plugin and no add-ons, and this works great for them. The availability of add-ons and extensions is common with plugins like WooCommerce, Yoast SEO, and many others, so I’m not sure why this would be an issue. It sounds like you have very specific points of views as to what a plugin should and should not be, and since you rated WooCommerce 1 star as well – which is the best written e-commerce plugin I know of – I will consider us in very good company indeed. ??
