    After some confusion regarding Spam, etc. a rep reached out to me and was able to help me. So my initial observation was in error. However, I do have to say that I didn’t anticipate having any problems using this plug-in. I thought that it would be just more user-friendly. However, company reps did reach out to me and help me to resolve some of these SMTP issues.

    Lots of five-star reviews that seem to be fake and a whole lot of one-star reviews that seem to be real. My experience has been that they just do not respond to support queries. Also, this plug-in is WAY more complicated than they suggest. I would stay away from this plug-in and recommend reading the reviews rather than just looking at the star rating. I think there are a lot of fake reviews on WordPress.

    Actually… I think the issues you are having with getting our emails are the same issue you are having with getting the emails from your site. We got this auto reply in response to one of our messages to you:

    A message that you sent was rejected by the local scanning code that
    checks incoming messages on this system. The following error was given:

     “Relaying not permitted”

    Are you okay if we switch this to a support ticket so we can be sure you can see our messages?
