Horrible support

Worst support I’ve ever experienced with a premium, $300 a year plugin. Tickets go unanswered for days. Priya G. and Jathin K. refuse to answer most questions, either ignoring them, answering one of several questions, or telling us to read documentation that does address our questions. Days later we’re still trying to get help. Our impression is that they don’t know how the plugin works!
