    I have been a customer for years and when I tried to renew my premium API it didn’t work. I submitted a support ticket and have emailed them multiple times but no one responds. It has been weeks…

    I have the same problem. I’ve been a customer for many years and also have a lifetime license. I just purchased another license a couple weeks ago and sent in 3 support tickets in the past year with zero response. The latest ticket was a few days ago and I’m still waiting. I’ll lodge a complaint with payPal if no response comes in the next few days. It’s unfortunate because they used to have good service and they have a great plugin.

    It’s been months now. I was thinking maybe the developer passed away or something but they posted a black Friday promo to the site…

    I requested a refund via PayPal’s support channels.

    Yeah used to have a good service – key word used to.

    I have to contact my card company and dispute now. I bought the Premium API and it doesn’t trigger the function to work in backend so I sent them 50 bucks for nothing. If I upgrade for a year service I should get a year service.

    Same thing here but for some reason PayPal didn’t refund my money.
